Prodens Articulated TOP

Equipped with an exclusive articulation system. Easy to handle and adapt, its fastening on BOB’s head is done by fitting it in with a simple touch. Its versatility allows for its use in various clinical cases by simple refills.

The Prodens TOP articulated model is also universal, allowing for its fastening in conventional simulators and bars.

Prodens TOP Refill

With the new refill system, you no longer need to replace teeth and gums every class. After acquiring one of the articulated models – or if your university is equipped with BOB –, and once the new jaw system is configured, simply acquire the refills necessary for work in each class.

Dentistry

With gums and healthy teeth. Aims at assisting students in learning about anatomy; dental occlusion and articulation; and in carrying out various preparations, using high- or low-rotation drills.

Dental Materials

Allows students to become familiar with the various types of preparations and materials to be used for restoration.

Periodontics I

Used in developing the practice of scraping tartar and visualizing bone defects, providing a close simulation to reality for the student.

Periodontics II

Used in periodontics and surgery classes. Allows students to develop the practice of scraping tartar, simulates bone defects, cutting and suturing gums with hyperplasia. Absence of teeth 18, 28, 35, 38, 45, and 48.

Fixed Prostheses

Assists in learning about making fixed prostheses, adhesive, crown units, ceramic blocks, and metal blocks. Absence of teeth 16, 22, and 36.

Removable Prostheses

Assisting in learning about the development of removable prostheses, implants, simulation of roth, inserts, and attachments. Absence of teeth 11, 12, 15, 16, 18, 21, 22, 34, 35, 36, 38, 46, 47 and 48.

Full Prostheses

Assists in learning about the development of full prostheses and dental implants. Absence of all teeth.

Endodontics

Assists in learning about the adaptation of natural teeth for the instrumentation of uni- and bi-radicular channels, in addition to enabling students to follow the entire procedure with the help of radiography.

Implantology

Enables visualization of two implant cases, which allows students to outline a diagnostic plan in which they will implant analog units in the upper arch and an overdenture in the lower arch. Also enables the placement of mini-implants.

*Over Denture – Approximately four or five analogs are set in the canine-to-canine region in the lower edentate arch. Later, a full prosthesis is developed to be drilled over the analogs, which will serve as supporting pillars.

Refills

Teeth

A – Easily handled and adapted, its fixation on Bob’s head is done by fitting it in with a simple touch.

B- Allows the exchange of refills and occlusal adjustment in a manner that is easy and comfortable. Enables its fixation in conventional simulators and bars.

C – Individual and convertible bases.

D – Numbered lid. Facilitates identification of Dentein the alveoli.

E – Special fitting and drawing system for the teeth. You no longer have to waste time with screws and screwdrivers. Upon replacing a tooth, simply use the tooth-extractor tool which comes with the package.

F- Optional refill of 28 teeth , for professors who prefer working with smaller arches, for faster assembly by students.

Allows the use of mini-implants. In the upper arch, between the alveoli of teeth 16-15, 26-25, and 11-21, and in the lower arch, between teeth 35-34, 33-32, 42,43, and 44-45.

G- Anatomy and texture closer to life. More rigid enamel hardness on the crown, and a little softer after the middle third. Does not entangle in the drill.

Coloration near B2 and B3, according to the trend in relation to aesthetics.
